Reminder that our Fall Membership Meeting will be held TONIGHT, Saturday, October 24th at 7pm via Zoom. We will be discussing several important Club matters which are of interest to all members, so we hope that many of you will join us. Please note that financial statements are posted on our website for your review.

The meeting will be hosted as a Zoom webinar/webcast, with the Trustees participating as panelists. There will be options for you to join the meeting with voice/video (via a computer or smartphone) or with voice only (via telephone). Please note that you will initially be placed in a listen-only mode but will have the opportunity to participate at the appropriate time if you join using Option 1 below.

Election Process and Candidate Summaries

The Board of Trustees is committed to providing members with a secure method to vote for a slate of Trustees who will serve our community. Voting for Trustees will take place via a telephonic process this evening. We have engaged the Club's Independent Auditors, the Offices of William McGovern CPA & John Geantasio CPA, to collect, tabulate and report on election results. Please note that election outcomes may not be reported at the conclusion of the meeting due to this format - but an announcement will be made to the community as soon as results are confirmed. Detailed information on the voting process will be provided during our meeting.  

Listed below are the Trustees seeking re-election as well as two new candidates. Members can vote for up to six (6) candidates. As a reminder, one person, per household is eligible to cast a vote, even when home/lot is owned by multiple families; members who own more than one home are eligible to cast one vote each, per lot. Please see summaries for more information on each candidate running.
