OBSC1 | Spring Meeting Zoom Details, Paving Updates, Other Reminders

OBSC1 Members: Reminder that our 2021 Spring Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, 5/27 at 7pm via Zoom, following a similar format to our last several meetings. Please see below for details - we hope that many of you will join us!

We have included an update on the progress of our paving project as well as a few important reminders as we gear up for the summer season.

Paving Progress Update
We are pleased to report that the paving crew worked additional time this week and is currently ahead of schedule. Barring unforeseen circumstances, the project should now be completed by Thursday, 5/27 which is great news ahead of the holiday weekend! Note no new progress pictures today - we will share additional pics of completed roads if/when we are able. See below for the latest summary of progress and planned activity by street.

Please be sure to move your car back to your property once roads have been re-opened to traffic.

Now that encroachments have been cleared, please be sure that your vehicles are parked within your property lines; vehicles are not allowed to extend into Club roads at any time.
Other RemindersPer our Rules & Regulations, renters are not permitted to have pets in OBSC1. If you are currently renting your home, please remind your renters of this rule and ask them to make appropriate arrangements to ensure compliance ASAPOur beaches will officially open on Saturday, June 19, 2021 with badges required from 9am-5pm dailyOwners badge pick-up will take place on Saturday, June 12 from 10am-2pm at 236 Bay Beach Way (reminder email to follow)Badges will only be provided to owners in good standingReminder that renters are required to purchase weekly badges for the duration of their stay and are never allowed to use owner’s badges
