Incident on E Spray 7/23

OBSC1 Members: The Trustees were alerted to a situation in our community that we want to bring to your attention. Toms River police have notified us that in the early hours of Sunday, 7/23, it was reported that a person of interest was observed trying to allegedly enter homes looking for unlocked doors along E Spray Way at about 2am. The person of interest was reported to be wearing a white hoodie, barefooot and appeared to be a white male. If anybody living on E Spray Way or homes nearby that may have camera footage or other information from last night, please contact Officer Williams of Toms River PD at 732.349.0150 immediately.
