As mentioned in our Spring Membership Meeting, we have undertaken a review of the Rules, Regulations, and Bylaws and have made several suggested changes in an effort to modernize our governing documents to reflect the realities of our Club today. As promised, we have posted copies of the updated documents in the Homeowners section of our website for your review and input.
After you have reviewed the documents, please use the links provided to share any input you have on either the Rules or the Bylaws. Please be sure to use these forms for any input you have so we can clearly identify themes/common suggestions across the various sections of each document. Note that anonymous feedback will not be considered, so please be sure to record the email address that you have on file with us and your OBSC1 home address to ensure your feedback is considered.
The comment period will be open now through Friday, November 5th at which time the Trustees will review and synthesize input to determine next steps. Some changes can be made by a vote of the Trustees while others will require a vote of the membership; we will keep you apprised as to our progress and next steps. A big thank you to Randy Severs for volunteering to help with this important project!
See you on Saturday!THE TRUSTEES
